Ultra sonography was done in selected cases which showed worm masses in intestines, signs of obstruction and worms in hepatobiliary system, freely moving in gastrointestinal tract, free fluid in peretoneal cavity. The anastomosis was carried out with polyglaction 910 (vicryl) structure of different size depending upon the size of lumen of intestine.
